The other team shall take the kick-off to start the match. Team must be on the court and ready to play.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Checking the ball: The imaginary ‘check line’ shall be outside the 3-point line. A player must pass the ball in from the check line at the start of each half, after a score, or after a foul is awarded. On defensive rebounds or steals (including ‘airballs’), the ball must be returned past the 3-point line and the player in possession of the ball may retain control and attempt to score.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Scoring: The outcome of the game will be decided by the first team to score 21 points or the team with the most points after 10 minutes of play (2 halves of 5mins each). A team does not need to win by 2 points. The scoring of the game will be by 1’s and 2’s: shots behind the 3 point line counting as 2 and shots inside the arch counting as 1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Time-outs: No time out is allowed.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Substitutions may be made after a basket or a stoppage of play.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Fouls: Fouls committed on a shot attempt will result in the shooting of 1 free throw for a 1-point shot and 2 free throws for a 2-point shot if the basket is not made. If a basket is made in the course of a player being fouled, then one free throw will be awarded. Team fouls will be recorded, and a bonus free throw will be awarded for every foul committed beginning with 7 team fouls (unless the foul occurs on a shot attempt, in which free throws will be awarded based on the type of shot attempt). An individual player cannot foul out of a game, but may be ejected by the supervisor for unsportsmanlike behaviour.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Technical fouls: A technical foul may be awarded for administrative purposes, for unsportsmanlike conduct, and for illegal contact occurring during a dead ball. Should a technical foul be called, the offended team will shoot 1 free throw and will also receive the ball for a throw in outside of the 3-point line. If a player receives 2 technical fouls, they will be removed from the game. Also, if a team receives a total of 3 technical fouls, the game will be forfeited. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Overtime: Should the score be tied at the end of 10 minutes of play, a 2 minute overtime period will be played. The 21-point game limit will no longer determine the player. Possession will be determined by a coin toss. If the score is tied at the end of the overtime period, sudden death overtime will be played. The team that scores first in sudden death overtime will be declared the winner. Possession will be determined by a coin toss.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Sportsmanship: All players are encouraged to compete in the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship. A team is responsible for the actions of all individual members and spectators directly related to the team. Any team that is involved in any type of physical altercation and unsportsmanlike conduct may be automatically suspended. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Badminton&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Rules and regulations&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;em&gt;- This is only the examples as we still don’t know how many teams there will be.&lt;br /&gt;- This event could let both female and male to join but in different categories.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;The rules of badminton states that a toss shall be conducted before a game starts. If you win, you can choose between serving first or to start play at either end of the court. Your opponent can then exercise the remaining choice.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Each Match shall consist of the best of 3 sets with each set played to 15 points. A team need not win by two points to win a game.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Before commencing play, the opposing sides shall spin the racket, and the side winning the spin shall have the option of:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a. To serve or receive first; or&lt;br /&gt;b. To start play at one end of the court or the other.&lt;br /&gt;c. The side losing the toss shall exercise the remaining choice.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;The opposing sides shall play until one side wins two of three games.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Only the serving side can add point to its score.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;A game is won by the first side to score 15 points. A team need not win by two points to win a game.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;The side winning a game serves first in the next game.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Pla&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;yers shall change ends at the end of the first game and prior to the beginning of the third game.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;As for the Final Round, each match shall consist of the best of 3 sets with each set played to 21 points.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Captain Ball&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Rules and regulations&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;The rules of the game shall be conducted in accordance with the existing law of the Netball game as approved by the International Netball Federation Rules and adopted by Netball Singapore.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;It does not permit players to take more than one step when in possession of the ball. Consequently, the only way to move the ball towards the goal is to throw the ball to a teammate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;The ball cannot be held by one person for more than &lt;strong&gt;3 seconds at any one time&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Defence is restricted -- not only is contact not permitted, but players must be at least three feet (90 centimeters) away to defend.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Physical contact is not permitted e.g. Hand-slapping or elbowing. If contact is made, the ball will be passed to the team against which the penalty was committed.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;If a player runs with the ball, possession is given to the other team.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Each team consists of 5 members, with a max of 3 boys. You may have an extra reserve player if you want to. However, boys will not be allowed to shoot. Goals that are made by boys will not be counted as a goal.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Teams should follow the rules of the game and has to adhere to the decisions of the referee. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;-------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Table Tennis – Sports hall&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;A game shall be won by the player or pair first scoring 11 points unless both players or pairs score 10 points, when the game shall be won by the first player or pair subsequently gaining a lead of 2 points.&lt;br /&gt;A match shall consist of the best of any odd number of games.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Order of play&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;a name="8"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;In singles, the server shall first make a good service, the receiver shall then make a good return and thereafter server and receiver alternately shall each make a good return. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;In doubles, the server shall first make a good service, the receiver shall then make a good return, the partner of the server shall then make a good return, the partner of the receiver shall then make a good return and thereafter each player in turn in that sequence shall make a good return. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Let&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a name="9"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;The rally shall be a let:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;if in service the ball, in passing over the net assembly, touches it, provided the service is otherwise good or the ball is obstructed by the receiver or his partner; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;if the service is delivered when the receiving player or pair is not ready, provided that neither the receiver nor his partner attempts to strike the ball; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;if failure to make a good service or a good return or otherwise to comply with the Laws is due to a disturbance outside the control of the player;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;if play is interrupted by the umpire or assistant umpire.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Play may be interrupted:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;to correct an error in the order of serving, receiving or ends; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;to introduce the expedite system;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;to warn or penalise a player;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;because the conditions of play are disturbed in a way which could affect the outcome of the rally.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Point &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;a name="10"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Unless the rally is a let, a player shall score a point:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;if his opponent fails to make a good service; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;if his opponent fails to make a good return;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;if, after he has made a good service or a good return, the ball touches anything other than the net assembly before being struck by his opponent; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;if the ball passes beyond his end line without touching his court, after being struck by his opponent;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;if his opponent obstructs the ball; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;if his opponent strikes the ball twice successively;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;if his opponent strikes the ball with a side of the racket blade whose surface does not comply with the requirements of 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;if his opponent, or anything his opponent wears or carries, moves the playing surface;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;if his opponent, or anything his opponent wears or carries, touches the net assembly; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;if his opponent's free hand touches the playing surface;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;if a doubles opponent strikes the ball out of the sequence established by the first server and first receiver; as provided under the expedite system (15.2). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Out of order of serving, receiving and ends&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;a name="14"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;If a player serves or receives out of turn, play shall be interrupted by the umpire as soon as the error is discovered and shall resume with those players serving and receiving who should be server and receiver respectively at the score that has been reached, according to the sequence established at the beginning of the match and, in doubles, to the order of serving chosen by the pair having the right to serve first in the game during which the error is discovered.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;If the players have not changed ends when they should have done so, play shall be interrupted by the umpire as soon as the error is discovered and shall resume with the players at the ends at which they should be at the score that has been reached, according to the sequence established at the beginning of the match.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;In any circumstances, all points scored before the discovery of an error shall be reckoned.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;Choice of serving, receiving and ends&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;a name="13"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;The right to choose the initial order of serving, receiving and ends shall be decided by lot&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;and the winner may choose to serve or to receive first or to start at a particular end. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;When one player or pair has chosen to serve or to receive first or to start at a particular end, the other player or pair shall have the other choice. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;After each 2 points have been scored the receiving player or pair shall become the serving player or pair and so on until the end of the game, unless both players or pairs score 10 points or the expedite system is in operation, when the sequences of serving and receiving shall be the same but each player shall serve for only 1 point in turn. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;In each game of a doubles match, the pair having the right to serve first shall choose which of them will do so and in the first game of a match the receiving pair shall decide which of them will receive first; in subsequent games of the match, the first server having been chosen, the first receiver shall be the player who served to him in the preceding game. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;In doubles, at each change of service the previous receiver shall become the server and the partner of the previous server shall become the receiver. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;The player or pair serving first in a game shall receive first in the next game of the match and in the last possible game of a doubles match the pair due to receive next shall change their order of receiving when first one pair scores 5 points. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;The player or pair starting at one end in a game shall start at the other end in the next game of the match and in the last possible game of a match the players or pairs shall change ends when first one player or pair scores 5 points.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;From,&lt;br /&gt;Academic &amp;amp;
